Why has Penny  been in business for over 13 years?

I started Pennys Personal Touch in 1996.  It seemed to me that finding a wonderful service you could trust, depend on and afford just were not all in the same package.

Once you found a service that was up to your standards there pricing was though the roof or the quality of service diminished over time! 

I researched my competition before going into business by working for many of them for a few days at a time.  I found that most of the services they say they provide they DONT!  and if they do it is all extra pricing. They have scented sprays to make the homes smell clean and are on a limited time schedule for each client.  So there is no going out of their way to please the customer. 

DISINFECTING??...disinfecting just wasn't performed!  UGGHHH...NOW THAT WAS ALL IT TOOK FOR ME TO MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO START THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE!

Who We Are

Penny Jackson is the mastermind behind Penny's Personal Touch Cleaning Service.  She was born in Melbourne Australia but has been a Texas resident for over 20 years.
